Capacity Building in Action
The Impact Development Center works with local non-profits and social enterprises in Côte d’Ivoire to turn good ideas into well-run organisations. Through practical training, coaching, and peer learning, we help teams put solid governance, financial management, and accountability systems in place, so they can attract funding and deliver impact at scale.
Our Team.
We believe that lasting impact comes from collaboration. By combining Kauris’ deep understanding of local contexts with NMA’s experience in strengthening non-profit organisations and social enterprises, we design practical programmes that improve governance, mamnagement and impact delivery at scale.
